This postgraduate program has its unique features as the course content inculcates a comprehensive sense of curative, preventive, and rehabilitative dental care amongst the participants. The program prepares dentists to provide broad-based oral health care and also contribute to the evolving knowledge base of the specialty of Family Dental Medicine.

A graduate of this program holds all prerequisites to independently and confidently work in any public or private primary care facility; and contribute significantly to upgrade the standards of the dental profession through provision of quality oral health care services for all population groups.

• One-year internship or House job in approved hospitals
